No. You cannot directly pick up your order from us. For the time being, we only accept payments via email money transfer and can only send your products through mail order.
No. Should you need a larger quantity than what we have listed, simply place multiple orders. You’re free to place multiple orders for all our products.
Don’t worry, if your package does not arrive 2 days after the expected arrival date, shoot us a message and we’ll file a trace with Canada Post personally.. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). You will receive the package in a matter of days should they be able to locate it. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will send you a 1x replacement package up to $500 of the value of your package free of charge. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues. This excludes packages marked [[Delivered]] but not received by customers. We will email you your tracking number before it’s been scanned in the post office. The tracking number will be unavailable until Canada Post has scanned it in.
